G&C Home Improvements was hired as the roofing contractor to replace the existing roof shingles on this Wynnewood Ave. home in Forked River NJ 08731. Gerry and his crew started by removing the old asphalt roof shingles which was already 2 layers thick. The plywood decking was inspected for structural integrity before the water / ice shield and 30 lb. felt paper were installed. G&C installed a new power roof vent to increase the attic circulation and ensure that the new roof shingles last the 40 years or more that they are warranted for.

This roofing job also include the replacement of the soffit and fascia. The finished roof returned the house to a new appearance, protecting the home and all of its contents from the elements.
